Wheeler Bio
The Wheeler Bio project included 14,500 sf of class C and D GMP clean rooms and support space, 4,000 sf of support office, and 13,700 sf of laboratory and GMP warehousing space. The completed project met the need for a clinical manufacturing facility of phase 1 investigational products. The original space was shell. Project included new lab exhaust, clean process gases and air handler.
