Southern Plaza Retirement Community
A 100,000 square foot ground-up four story addition to an existing retirement center in Bethany, OK. The project included the addition of 94 new rooms, a full parking level under the new building, a 4-story safe room, and full room-to-room mechanical renovation/change-out in the existing facility.
