Rock Island Plow Building
Renovation of a century-old 43,000 square foot, five-story building located in Oklahoma City's famed Bricktown district. Originally built in 1909, the Rock Island Implement Building was used to manufacture farming plows. This core/shell renovation involved masonry restoration, lacing in a new steel structure while using or repairing existing wood elements of the former structure, replacing former dilapidated wood flooring with new decking and polished concrete finish, adding MEP, historical windows, parking and landscaping.
