Robert S. Kerr Park
A public/private partnership to redevelop and enhance the existing Kerr-Couch Park in the urban core of Downtown Oklahoma City. Work included utility relocations, entirely new hardscapes, and new landscaping/plantings along with temporary removal and redeployment of existing park monuments.
