Lingo Construction is a community of true builders and creative thinkers who appreciate the art of constructing unique spaces.

Our History

Lingo Construction started in 1998 with Stan and Renee Lingo, and it has grown into an established company employing over 170 direct employees. The Lingo team is a collection of creative thinkers that are experienced project managers, designers, engineers, seasoned superintendents, carpenters, ironworkers and laborers.

Our projects range from the low thousands in interior remodels to tens of millions for city block redevelopment.

Lingo does not adhere to specific project types, but desires to build quality relationships with long-term clients and collaborators on projects of every scale.

Lingo Construction currently averages 120+ million-dollar volume per year in workload. Our work stems from repeat business and client recommendations due to the service we provide. Lingo repeatedly partners with entrepreneurial clients to deliver projects that positively impact businesses and the community. We believe our relational approach to executing projects is the best practice of our success as a team.

Since our humble beginnings, Lingo project management delivery for public and private clients consists of 90% construction management. Through this project delivery method, Lingo has been fortunate to serve over 70 repeat clients.
